braelyn covers all 8 MLS® boards in British Columbia — Victoria (VREB), Vancouver Island (VIREB), Greater Vancouver (REBGV), Fraser Valley (FVREB), Chilliwack, BC Northern, Interior, and Powell River. Whether your board uses Matrix or Paragon, braelyn connects to your MLS® system. Expansion to other provinces is coming.
What showing services work with braelyn?+
braelyn integrates with all major showing services including Touchbase, BrokerBay, ShowingSuite, and ShowingTime. When a showing is approved or declined, braelyn handles the confirmation and syncs the status automatically. If your board uses a different showing service, reach out at hello@braelyn.co.
How do my sellers access their portal?+
Sellers receive a magic link by email — they click it and they're in. No account, no password, no app to download. It works on any device and you can resend the link anytime from your dashboard.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Seller portal links are single-use tokens with expiry. Your MLS® credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We don't sell or share your data with anyone.
What happens when I get a showing request?+
braelyn detects the showing request through your showing service, notifies your seller via email, and sends you a Telegram alert. Once your seller approves or declines, braelyn sends the confirmation email to the buyer's agent and syncs the status back automatically. You're kept in the loop without having to do anything.
Can I customize my concierge's emails?+
Yes. braelyn sends all emails under your name and branding. Your concierge gets a custom email address (e.g. jane.smith@braelyn.co) and signs off with your name automatically. Sellers and buyer's agents see your concierge's name — not a generic inbox.
Will my concierge have a phone number?+
braelyn currently communicates with sellers and buyer's agents by email. All conversations are documented and visible in your dashboard. Text messaging is coming soon — your concierge will get a dedicated phone number to text your sellers if they prefer.
Can I name my concierge?+
Absolutely. During onboarding you choose what your concierge is called — braelyn, Alex, Morgan, or anything you like. Sellers and buyer agents will see that name in all emails and portal interactions.
What does my concierge actually say to my sellers?+
braelyn communicates in a professional, warm tone — like a well-briefed assistant, not a chatbot. Weekly seller reports include market data tailored to your listing's price range, comparable sales, active competition, and REALTOR.ca® visitor stats. The email reads like a personal update from your assistant. You review and approve every report before it sends. There's no jargon and no language that would make your sellers think they're dealing with software.
